'Follow that sheep'

Original classification rating: G. This clip chosen to be G

Clip description

The errant washing is now heading towards Mrs Whistlehead’s farm with Bottle Top Bill (voiced by Graham Matters) and Corky (voiced by Emma Jane Hyland) in hot pursuit aboard their ‘special flying machine’. Fearing Mrs Whistlehead’s wrath they urgently try to retrieve Bill’s favourite shirt from one of her sheep before heading into town in search of the rest of the washing.

Curator’s notes

This segment demonstrates imaginative storytelling involving gentle character based and physical humour. Mrs Whistlehead, true to her name, lets off a bit of steam from her whistle head. Settings, characters and props appear according to emerging narrative and character needs. As Bill and Corky fly over the farm, sheep materialise in the fields below. Each problem is overcome only to be replaced with a new challenge for the ingenious and cooperative friends to solve.
