Curator’s notes

Future versus past in this clip; a principled old man standing up against the restless desire to create new and profitable waterfront property, a very Sydney topic. The clip conveys a sense of the fragmentation of families that follows this destruction – the house all alone, the young couple with baby who walk with them, the photo she looks at in her dad’s house.
