Curator’s notes
This funny scene is reminiscent of the well-known Dr Seuss story The Cat in the Hat Comes Back where a string of miniature ‘cats in hats’ causes havoc. Here the well-meaning but fun-loving little Shamuses go adventuring in the real world. Tracey’s vacuum device to catch them is a hoot! It’s a clever idea that has been well realised in the script and in the animation.
