Curator’s notes

This clip focuses primarily on military vehicle accessibility and the ways in which it’s affected by the Thai seasons. It looks at how the wet and the dry impact on roads and visibility in terrains such as rice paddies, deciduous forests and mountain jungle. It includes a brief segment shot at Camp USARTHAI in Korat or Nakhon Ratchasima Province – headquarters for the US Army at the time.
