Clip description
Thomas’s mother (Della Rae Morrison) sends Thomas (Adam Corunna) to live with his grandfather in the country. His Pop (Jim Holland) takes Thomas fishing with his cousin Dwayne (Dennis Simmons Jr). Thomas begins to bond with his Pop (Jim Holland), who warns him not to go fishing after dark.
Curator’s notes
This clip shows how family, friends and the natural environment are changing Thomas’s behaviour. He is no longer the alienated city youth always in trouble with the police.
