Passengers board the paddle-steamer PS Weeroona at Port Melbourne and journey to Sorrento. A pan across the deck shows the passengers on board. On arrival, they walk down the Sorrento Pier. A title card precedes scenes of motor cars and wagonettes which ‘convey visitors to the many beauty spots’ of Sorrento. A pan across the township to the beach shot from a high vantage point is followed by a view of the jetty and paddle-steamer departing.
