Original classification rating: M. This clip chosen to be PG

Clip description

David Hicks’s lawyer, Stephen Kenny, meets up with David’s father, Terry, and Michael Ratner, a lawyer from the Centre for Constitutional Rights in New York. Terry is trying to get a trial for his son. Both lawyers agree that the US is acting unconstitutionally in holding David without a trial.

Curator’s notes

The meeting in New York forms an interesting part of the worldwide search for justice by Terry Hicks.
