Original classification rating: M. This clip chosen to be PG

Clip description

Dominick Dunne reacts angrily to the declaration of a mistrial in the Phil Spector murder case.

Curator’s notes

The Phil Spector murder trial serves as the documentary’s narrative hook. Dunne is outraged at the declaration of a mistrial and offers his analysis of the make-up of the jury and what he believes was an exceptional performance by the chief prosecutor. Dominick Dunne’s interest in justice is deeply personal. His daughter, Dominique, was murdered in 1982 and her killer served less than three years in prison.
