This is a simple but very informative program about Quakers in Australia today. The Quakers are a protestant group that has existed for over 350 years, also called the Society of Friends.

The program takes us into the lives and the religious practices of several Quakers from different walks of life. It is fascinating to see how Quakers gather to worship. They simply come together in a space with no priest, no pastor, no hymns and no form of prayer. They sit in silence until someone breaks that silence to say something that’s on their mind. For Quakers, God is within each and every person.
