Catherine was principal cellist with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra when she broke her wrist trying to save her cello as she fell. For a time it seemed she might never play again.

A fascinating story of near tragedy and the will to get back on top. Along the way, we learn about the unique cello that Catherine owns, how precious it is to her and how her character is entwined with her need to play. Catherine’s accident taught her that she can also do other things and that there are many precious gifts in life.
