The lead-in to this interview captures something of the generally fast-paced, informal feel of the show. Hill is captured on location, in a spare moment at work, with people still busy around her. As with Dalma Edwards (see clip one), while it all seems like a bit of fun, Effie extracts some frank statements from Hill about her ‘mask’ and the psychology behind it.
