Making flannel

This clip chosen to be G

Clip description

After the wool has been made into yarns, the yarns are fitted into a loom where flannel and blankets are woven. This is shown with a static camera. Coloured yarn is inserted to make patterned travelling rugs. Women use oil and whiting and put the fringes on the rug. A wider shot of the factory floor shows the women at work on various stages of the rugs and blankets.
