Clip description
After seeing the interior of the electrical pumping station at Spotswood, an intertitle explains how sewerage is pumped through pipes from below to above the low watermark. A man walks through a section of pipe to illustrate its width and height. Water is pumped under the Yarra River to the Spotswood station.
