The newsreel clip ends with Percy Penman bowling to Dr Reg Bettington.

Curator’s notes

This newsreel clip seems to have lost its original sequence. The intertitles are very short and footage seems to be edited in a way that lacks continuity. Although now not suitable for projection, it includes some valuable footage of the Australian and English cricket teams from the 1920s.
