Beautiful orchestral music on the soundtrack accompanies images of Uluru at dusk, the Olgas, the beach, the outback, clouds, the sun descending, birds gathering and a windmill. In voice-over, a woman speaks about letting go of the day and the land and people coming to rest. Night permits a change in us that allows growth.
Curator’s notes
The real time and time-lapse images are edited seamlessly and, in combination with the music, become very meditative. This clip comes early in the film and sets the mood, indicating to an audience – relax, let go, watch, listen and enjoy.
