Clip description

Vinh Nguyen explains that the Vietnamese boat people arrived after the Vietnam War. They are living in the Philippines as stateless persons. They don’t have residents’ rights and have to work as small traders to survive. Huong Huynh expresses the desire for Australian citizenship.
