Away from the bustle of the city and the strain of everyday life, the islands of the Great Barrier Reef offer a place for relaxation. In the bushland, birds fill the trees. Closer to shore, springtime has delivered an abundance of wildlife and seabirds. Hundreds of newly-born turtles make their way across the sands towards the ocean waters.
