Clip description
This clip shows fruit pickers in an orchard gathering fruit from the trees. They collect them in sacks strapped over their shoulders or drop them into wooden crates. Some of the picked fruit is laid out on panels to dry in the sun. Crates of dried fruit are then shown. Inside a fruit cannery, fruit tins are made and pressed into shape; in another area, women sort the fruit to put into tins. Crates of packed fruit are then loaded onto a train.
