As soon as GMH released the FJ Holden in 1953, the market for used Holdens was born. As a consequence, GMH produced ads emphasing the Holden’s resale value (see General Motors Holden – Resale Value, c1958). Other advertisements, like this one, feature Holden owners upgrading as well as potential buyers of pre-owned Holdens (see clip one).
