We confuse internationalism with Americanism and then chant the “Australian voices” mantra like some reverse playback of the Red Flag.’

Ginnane recently announced that he will be stepping down as president of the Screen Producers Association of Australia (SPAA), after his three-year term is up. He intends to continue promoting SPAA’s proposal for a Producer Distributor Film Fund to encourage production of commercially viable Australian films in the $7-30 million budget range and increase local audiences for local films.
