The naked meat man education content clip 2

Original classification rating: PG. This clip chosen to be PG

Clip description

Kev Kavanagh is on a fast learning curve. He’s picked up new ideas from swinging London where they employ butcher’s assistants to serve the customers stark naked, just like the meat they’re offering over the counter, as he logically points out.

Curator’s notes

A cheeky satire on swinging London and the fast and furious 70s, with a terrific performance from Grahame Bond as Kev Kavanagh, the trendy butcher from Wollongong. This clip is a good example of the clean, pared-back style of the show – long takes with minimal editing that let the performances dominate, sustained by writing that is still fresh and funny today.
