Stone (1974)

  1. Does anyone know who the musicians were in Stone?

    I'm particularly interested in knowing who were playing whilst the final credits were rolling.

    The bass player was phenomenal.

  2. Hi Handy, Richard Kuipers here, I wrote the notes for Stone on the site. I don't know who the bass player was but the composer was Billy Green, who was part of Doug Parkinson's band "In Focus" back in the'60s. I'm sure Sandy Harbutt told me that most of the musos on the Stone soundtrack had some connection to that band, so that's at least a clue. You could also try searching for the soundtrack details - it was re-released in 1998 (and maybe again in 2003). Good luck!
