By celebrating the work of contemporary urban artist Destiny Deacon the diversity of Australian Aboriginal art is highlighted. The clip shows exquisite examples of Deacon’s construction of photographic images, with dolls representing Aboriginal people, commenting on social, cultural and political issues.
Thanks to the generosity of the rights holders, we are able to offer Destiny Deacon from the documentary Art + Soul as a high quality video download.
