We’re featuring a sample of Indigenous drama on the home page this week. Filmmakers Warwick Thornton, Beck Cole, Rachel Perkins, Richard J Frankland, Ivan Sen and Tracey Moffatt represent a diverse and exciting range of talents. Many of them have stunning recent or about to be released new works: Perkins and Cole directed the celebrated television documentary series, First Australians seen on SBS last October; Thornton’s Samson and Delilah is in Australian cinemas now and Richard Frankland’s Stone Bros is about to premier at the Dungog Film Festival (28–31 May), in New South Wales.
