City Traffic in Variable Moods (c.1920)

Hello,
Regarding the time of this film clip. Taking into account the ladies cloche hats( second half of the decade) W class trams( after 1923) and the later model cars featured ( approximately 1928) I would suggest about 1928.
The car featured in the last skit is a Dodge tourer of about 1919/1920 and it's condition indicates an old well used vehicle. I have a similar vehicle.
One of my interests is dating illustrations of the last 300 years. (bring them on!)

There are many clips on ASO like this one for which we have little exact information about when they were made. So your suggestions and clues for giving it a later date are much appreciated.
